Synopsis[]

Zookeeper Joanna Rey brings some animals to the studio. Plus, an update on Old Woman Josie, dragons in town, and a look at traffic.

Plot Developments[]

  • Old Woman Josie: Old Woman Josie is out of the hospital, back home and recovering nicely. Her daughter Alondra has come back to Night Vale to take care of her.
  • Intern Kareem: Kareem acknowledges angels.
  • Huntokar: Cecil references “deer faced destroyer gods”.
  • Tarantulas: Joanna talks about the zoo’s Animal Development Initiative where they taught tarantulas to read.
  • Dragons: Night Vale residents complain about the five-headed dragons staying in Night Vale. Joanna tells Cecil that she was in a relationship with a female dragon called Donna, but they broke up.
  • Sales: The tarantulas apply for sales jobs in NVCR.
