Plot Development[]
- Do Not Approach the Dog Park: Cecil begins to openly question the town's laws regarding the dog park in an attempt to rationalize his desires to join Carlos in the Desert Otherworld.
- Cecil: Station Management alerts Cecil that Human Resources has approved his request for vacation time.
- Kevin: Cecil expresses concern over the knowledge that Kevin is still alive and looking for him.
