Plot Developments[]
- Strangers: The Strangers were sent away from Night Vale. It is unclear how this happened, however. Cecil throws out many theories people have on what exactly happened.
- Trial of the Century: The Trial of the Century's verdict still stands, despite Hiram's valiant fighting against the Strangers. He will still be executed, despite citizen's pleas for him to be pardoned.
- Kevin: Kevin sends yet another passive-aggressive voicemail.
- Cecil's Past: Cecil's mention of having attended Torah School implies that the Palmers are Jewish. Cecil's mother covering the mirrors in the Palmer house in Cassette is consistent with Jewish mourning tradition. In that episode, Cecil mentions that his middle name is the Jewish name Gershwin.
