The White Sand Ice Cream Shoppe is an ice cream parlor in the city of Night Vale. It is owned by Lucy Gutierrez and Hannah Gutierrez, and has been open for at least 16 years.
Following the release of its owners from Strex imprisonment, Lucy and Hannah began a kickstarter to reopen the shoppe. Cecil expresses excitement to once again "have another bite of that magical Gutierrez ice cream" but it is unknown if the shoppe ever reopened.[1]
