Tourniquet's executive chef is the locally acclaimed LaShawn Mason, who was previously a sous chef for Night Vale's top-rated fine dining establishment, Shame. For Tourniquet's menu, LaShawn hoped to modernize classical French cooking "with a mix of molecular gastronomy and human remains." Tourniquet offers a prix fixe menu for $35, featuring a choice of appetizer, entree, dessert, and sudden awareness of a hideous suppressed memory.
The maître d' is a large idol carved from volcanic rock.
