Tim and Trinh are the two anchors of Night Vale's local news, Channel 6. They posses the ability to speak to and see their viewers directly, many Night Vale citizens enjoy watching them because of this, and they are the second most trusted news source in town (Behind Night Vale Community Radio and ahead of the Night Vale Daily Journal).[1]
They are able to broadcast on any TV whenever they want, which includes turning on TV's, it is impossible to turn off the TV during their broadcasts.[2] This has been the standard for Channel 6 since January of 2015.[3]
Tim and Trinh's laughter has the ability to cause tremors throughout town.[2]
