The Parade of the Mysterious Hooded Figures is held every year on November 10th.[1] It takes place in the Night Vale Stadium, and is the reason the stadium was built. The Parade of the Mysterious Hooded Figures consists entirely of Hooded Figures of different kinds:
- The one that lurks under the slide in the Elementary School Playground.
- The ones that meet regularly in The Dog Park.
- The one that will occasionally openly steal babies.
The parade is the only event held at Night Vale Stadium, which is a vast, dark, echoing space for the other meaningless 364 days of the year.
