The Night Vale Transit Authority appeared suddenly in "Subway", along with the subway entrances. Their representatives wear suits and deer masks which appear to be concerned, disapproving or world-weary. Cecil speculates that they may be thousands of roaches packed inside business suits, hiding behind masks. The NVTA is likely involved with the appearance of the 12:37 train, as the deer-masked figures return and a roach with "Huntokar", the mysterious god of the tiny underground civilization, written on it is found. She also tends to wear deer masks.
