Morgan is a woman from Night Vale.
According to The Faceless Old Woman, Morgan was quite terrible towards people working in the service industry, refusing to tip them properly and making a fuss over every minor problem. Eventually the Woman cut out Morgan's tongue and put it in her order of an Applebees soup, causing Morgan to unwittingly eat a part of her own body.
At one point, Morgan will die, but her ghost won't be able to pass into the afterlife. She will haunt a house in Night Vale, along with the ghosts of Toni and Adi, although they will "live" there in different timelines, so they won't notice each other.[1]
