Lucy Gutierrez is a resident of Night Vale and co-owner of the White Sand Ice Cream Shoppe along with Hannah Gutierrez. Following their bankruptcy in January 2014, Lucy and Hannah were repossessed by StrexCorp. In January of 2015 the two are freed from Strex imprisonment and begin a Kickstarter to restart their Ice Cream Shoppe. The Kickstarter is disguised as being for a blender that can connect to an iPhone app.[1]
