Jackie Fierro is a young Night Vale resident. She has been newly nineteen for several decades but has recently turned twenty-one. She is the owner of the only pawn shop in Night Vale, Jackie's Pawn Shop.[1]

She was given a slip of paper that said, in rushed thick pencil lines, "KING CITY", which would not leave her left hand no matter what she did to it. It disrupted her life in such a way she could not proceed until it was resolved. She had many more adventures in the novel, such as going to the Library. She was in a car wreck with Joshua Crayton, resulting in a broken arm. She turned twenty-one near the end of the novel.

When encountering Nilanjana in the Moonlite All-Nite Diner, Jackie mentions that she is now twenty-five and is dating someone "high up in city government".
