Fakhir Bishara is a citizen of Night Vale, a lieutenant in the Blood Space War, and the father of Basimah Bishara.
History[]
In 2004, at the age of 30, Fakhir left Night Vale, and his family, to fight in the Blood Space War.[1] During this time he sent some letters to her daughter Basimah.[2] He returned 11 years later, in December 2015. Upon his return he was 19, and didn't remember having a family, as from his perspective it haven't yet happened. Additionally, his aging stopped and he ramained 19, even when people around him kept getting older.[1]
