The elementary school playground is where students of Night Vale Elementary School go to play during recess.
The playground is popular with Hooded Figures, and one Hooded Figure can often be found under the slide.[1] She would sometimes take a child, and it is highly recommended not to look at it, as well as at the other hooded figures in the playground and in the dog park.
The playground is also the site of one of the reported Plastic Bags attacks in which two schoolboys were attacked. One was sent to the Night Vale General Hospital for "treatable leg injuries"; the other was unhurt, as he was "loved more by the Angels."[2]
