Plot Developments

• Michigan: The City Council learns that Michigan is a real state and goes on a trip there. While informing Night Vale citizens about this, Tamika Flynn uses a number of incorrect pronunciations of the word "Michigan".
• Tamika Flynn engages in her new role as City Council member to stop the robber, and convinces Sheriff Sam to give across their badge, taking their place as sheriff.
