"Condos" is a specially written episode, performed at several of the live shows. It was first performed on September 25, 2013. A recording of a performance at the Bell House in Brooklyn, New York on December 18, 2013 can be bought from the official Night Vale BandCamp page starting February 15, 2014.
Synopsis[]
Condos have come to Night Vale, and everyone in town is coming to get one of these perfect new homes, including a certain scientist. Plus, a new wing at the Museum of Forbidden Technologies, visits from the mayoral candidates, and a very specific look at traffic.

- Glow Cloud: The glow cloud was seen in line to buy a condo.
- Dark Planet: When Cecil enters the condo, he sees the dark planet.
- Cecil and Carlos' relationship: Carlos tries to get a condo and asks Cecil to move in with him
