Charles is a theologist who recently moved to Desert Bluffs Too. He is 41[1] and has a five-year-old son, Donovan.[2] Originally from Cactus Park, he spent a few years in Pine Cliff, studying its ghost citizens. He is dating Kevin.[1]
He seems to be the Desert Bluffs counterpart of Carlos.
