Camila Cortez

Camilla Cortez is a citizen of Night Vale. Her father is Tristan Cortez, owner of a a green market co-op. When her father's business durned down, she was believed to have been killed in the fire . It was later revealed that she and her father were involved in an insurance scheme, which involved robbing people to make the destruction of their business more believable and faking their own deaths using corpses found in a flooded cementery. The two then fled to Michigan, where they were found by the City Council, who brought them back to Night Vale.
