Official Synopsis[]
It is the day of the blood matter from space and Dana's double is seeking revenge on the Mayor.
Episode Summary[]
The town prepares for the day of the Blood Matter from Space, with Cecil and Carlos hosting a watch party in the station. Mayor Dana has taken refuge at an 'undisclosed location' (Carlos and Cecil's house). The other Dana who came to Night Vale to kill Mayor Dana begins to attack citizens of Night Vale, including a police officer. The other Dana decides to draw out Mayor Dana by attacking her mother and brother. By the time the Blood Matter from Space begins falling, flooding the town, Mayor Dana decides to meet her double.
Plot Developments[]
Dana finalizes her plan to put control of the Sheriff's Secret Police and the Vague yet Menacing Government Agency under the Mayor.
